This will be the thread to discuss the application and interview process for CUI's ABSN program beginning Summer 2021.
Judging by the thread from last year, interview invitations go out in late February, with acceptances being announced at the end of March. There appears to have been a group interview as well as a timed essay component.
Looking forward to hearing from this year's Applicant pool!

Can't speak for any of their GPAs but I have a 4.0 prereq & 3.7+ previous BA & master's degree in an outside field. Previous degrees varied a lot since many are changing careers. I think the committee puts a lot of stock in the interview to test your personality & readiness to devote yourself to the program.
Update: I got rejected.
Hi guys! To those of you that got accepted, congrats!! What is the timeline that you were given in terms of confirming your seat/providing the deposit? I got an email this morning stating that I was on the waitlist, so I am just curious about the timeline of when I could be hearing back ?

I got waitlisted as well! This info would be very helpful ??
Hi everyone! Congratulations to those who got accepted! I got an email this morning stating that I was on the waitlist. Does anyone know how many waitlisted students are usually accepted or if we can find out how far down the waitlist we are? Trying to decide if I should accept from my other options or wait to hear back in a couple of weeks

Personally I'd think it's best to go with whichever program offered a full acceptance to you---congrats!

Hi!! I have my B.S. in Health Science with a concentration in Leadership and Administration. My overall GPA is 3.475, but I’m not really sure what my prereq GPA is haha. Chem, physio, psych, soc, stats, and written/oral communication are a mix of B/Cs and the rest of my grades are As (hope that helps!) I have a few years of volunteer experience at a surgeon’s office and externship experience at a home health & hospice facility.
Good luck!! I’m sure your application is great
