Hi everyone! I noticed that there wasn't a thread yet for CUI's Fall 2021 ABSN program and wanted to start one! Is there anyone else applying?

Hi! I’m finishing up pre-req this semester and 1 more for Summer. Since your class is still in-progress, are you sending in official transcript with IP and have your professor send the school progress report or are you waiting until the class is done to submit your transcript? My class ends 05/26 so I’m debating if I should send in my official transcript now or wait.

@lahNurse24 Hi! I sent in my official transcripts and my professors sent in the progress reports for my current 2 in-progress classes. Once my teachers submit their grades and they're uploaded to my official transcripts, I'll resend my official transcripts again to the school ? My class officially ends on 05/31 so I won't be sending my official transcripts until the first week of June.

Hi, Was there a certain progress report form?  Did your Professor's email the PR to the Admission's email?  Did Admission's say to do this?

Personally, I have two IP courses, that end on May 29th.  I already sent in my transcript and have a request to re-send it as soon as the semester has completed.  If they add the classes they add the classes, if not no biggie IMHO.

@KJ5 There wasn't a progress report form. My professors basically emailed them directly at [email protected] saying that I am on track to complete the course in June of 2021 and that I currently have a ____% in the course. They also said to make sure that you submit an unofficial copy of your transcripts showing that you are enrolled in the course. So if you are taking a prerequisite in the Summer, your unofficial transcripts need to show that you are enrolled in that course for the Summer. Also, once the final grade is posted we'll have to send the official transcripts to them ASAP. I got this information from the emails they sent me when I inquired about the progress reports. Hopefully that helps!

My plan is to send unofficial transcripts on May 29th.  The official transcript already sent showed IP Spring classes.  I have a request pending to send a final official transcript as soon as it is available, which will be the 1st week of June sometime.

hello everyone! 
just curious to know if anyone chose to mail-in or will mail-in their application instead of through email? 

I have all my official transcripts in physical form so I wanted to mail in everything instead of by email. But I'm getting a little confused because the application instructions say that the campuses are closed but we can still mail?

Hi Christie:  Yes, you can mail transcripts too.  Someone probably checks the campus mail at least once a week.

@ABSNHopeful2021 I was planning on waiting until my grades are posted to send in official transcript but I might send the official now with IP and send an another official transcript when my grades are posted. I feel like they might get confused though...

@lahNurse24 I'm thinking of doing the same as well. I sent in my official transcripts already but will resend it again once I have my grades from the Spring semester. 

@Christie Kang I sent some of my official transcripts through mail and they were able to receive it. I think it just takes a longer time for them to get it and update the application tracker.
