ok so I called CCNE also.. I spoke with Amanda Brownbridge. She repeated what you said.. However, she said the school will know for sure right away.. as in this week. But like you said, won't be made public until next month.. She assured me that the school knows instantly.. so I feel much better now..

So.....has anyone got an update yet? I'm actually too nervous to call the dean, I'm so ashamed of myself
What are you ashamed of? I wrote the Dean an email today after calling CCNE. They once again told me that I have to wait until the school tell us, or in one month when it is released to public. I really do not want to keep waiting, although I sent in my deposit. I suggest emailing her, so maybe this will push for quicker response from CCNE.
Just received emial from Prof Apold stating that "We are fully accredited as of November 2009". :)
Thanks....and yyyyeeeeeaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

hey everyone!
i've read the entire feed and i am happy to say that i have been accepted to concordia as well! i hounded them for a couple of weeks about my application because i wasn't really getting a straight answer, but i received the good news yesterday via phone. i only applied to concordia and pace, and from the horror stories i've heard from pace--concordia seems like a no brainer. by the time i hear from pace, i think my deposit will be past due for concordia anyway. i'm really looking forward to the program, as i've been working in awful retail since i graduated in 2008. i live on long island, and i can't decide if i want to move to manhattan or to bronxville. what are your guys thoughts? btw, i am sooo stoked for the accreditation! now i just need to get those damn prereqs done. unfortunately, i hopped on the nursing bandwagon a little later and i'm only taking chem and microbio now, and i still need to take a&p over the summer. hopefully those will go ok. I have an A in Chem and a B+ in Micro. Anyway, i'm rambling. Can't wait for the fall!
I would move to a neighboring town like Mt.vernon or Yonkers.. Bronxville is very expensive and of course Manhattan is very expensive. But you still have time.. look on craigslist if you can.
