Been away since 1993. I just accepted a travel position in Denver and will be starting the assignment 11/08/2004.
Our house is now on the market and we are hoping it sells soon. I am so excited about coming back! Well, not real excited about SNOW, but I hear there isn't much of that now.
I am going to miss Wilmington, NC, but only for it's area. There is not much opportunity here for me. I'm tired of making only $18/hr for 15 years experience!
Wish me luck!

Oh congratulations! What facility?
Welcome Home to Colorado! :balloons:
Uh... who ever said there was not so much snow??? :rotfl:
Thanks for the welcome back!
I will be working at St. Joes. I used to work at Lutheran Medical Center and St. Anthony North.
I hear lately that there hasn't been much snow in Denver, but I remember one blizzard back in '82 and several other times when it was scary trying to get to work. I figure it's waiting for me to come back home! :rotfl: I'll take a hurricane any day.

Well, I was lucky and missed this last snow! I was in North Carolina for the birth of my granddaughter!!!!
Returned to find the trees changing colors and they are beautiful. Love seeing the snow on the mountains. I just don't like driving in the snow, especially to work!

Compared to NC... (I'm at Pitt right now) I'm sure that there should be plenty of snow to please you!!!!
Debbie- if you don't mind telling, which company are you going to Colorado with? I'm with OA and they said they could get contracts, but that they were a bit low paying....
I'd also like a contract in Denver. (Emergency)..
Katiebell...I pm'd you.
? You mean it gets worse?
