Hello Everyone,

I am applying to the columbus tech college RN program for spring 2015. I have A's in both A&P's and a B in micro. I will take the compass this month and I will take the NLN on the 17th of this month. Good Luck to everyone. Whats your grades or test scores so far?

Has everybody already taken the COMPASS Reading & Writing test? That's the last thing I need to take care of before I can apply. Guess I'll be doing that sometime next week...

My scores expire this month so I re-took the reading and writing Tuesday! I'm so ready to turn this packet in lol. Ready for the waiting process to at least begin lol! Good luck!

So, since packets were due to be turned in earlier today, I guess the waiting game begins! Does anyone know when we should expect to hear back regarding acceptance/rejection decisions?

Also, for those of you who are currently taking or re-taking a pre-requisite class, did you specify this on your Letter of Intent? I am currently re-taking one of the science classes due to it being 7 yrs old, so I wrote "re-taking" next to it, but I hope that was enough! I just don't want my application to get tossed-out, in case they mistakenly think I meant that I was only *planning* on re-taking it (even though I'm actually currently taking it)...

Hey GoldenRetriever I think you are good. Most of the applicants are still taking prerequisites this semester. As far as you meet all conditions, you will never be rejected. I turned in my packet last week but after that I decided to retake my compass and I got my scores maximized. Those ladies in admissions said they do thorough search on everything before ranking

Hey ThePRINCE, that's good to hear that others are currently taking pre-requisites as well. My GPA is currently a 3.6 but will hopefully be a 3.8 after this semester. I made just shy of 150 on the NLN and earned a 99 on both the Reading & Writing sections of the Compass. How about you?

You scores are just awesome. I have 3.93 gpa, compass 92 and 99, and a 125 on NLN. Just praying to get in there. My NLN is not that beautiful but it is above what they want

Thanks; your GPA looks great, I wish mine was that high! I actually took all the pre-requisite courses at other colleges, so I'm hoping everything ends up transferring in. I guess that now, we wait for December to roll around...

I know you people are earnestly waiting on that important call. I just want to wish you good luck and myself. The recent ADN class is almost getting out of the system, that is a signal for the next batch. Any one knows when they will start calling??

I am so anxious, its finally December! I'm not sure if they will do phone calls or not. I'm guessing they will have decided whose in by the 3rd week of December since classes end next week, so we should start receiving phone calls and/or letters in 2 weeks (not 100% sure, just hoping lol).
