Hello everyone! This thread is for folks applying to Columbia's MDE/DNP program for 2024! Good luck :)!
OMG! Thanks for the heads up and so sorry to hear! However, that is an impressive list of schools you've been accepted to and I'm so glad you have many to choose from!
I was accepted into the Post-BS FNP-DNP, and thank God bc CUSON is the only school I applied to!! Which one are you leaning towards?
Not gonna lie, these student loans will be steep and I'm crazy selfish for wanting it! But also so grateful for the opportunity and super excited to embark on this journey!

Congrats ? I am glad it worked out. Did they at least offer you a scholarship?
@FutureDNPAGPC $40k merit scholarship. How's the tuition at Hopkins? Is it comparable to Columbia?
Well that's good at least they gave you something ? always helps. Tuition is basically the same. I'm currently at Johns Hopkins finishing up my MSN-RN and will be bridging directly into their Adult/Gero DNP program. I'm from NYC so it would have been nice to come back but I'll be back soon enough. Maybe the rents will be better by then too. Haha.

I'm contemplating the same thing. I may work per diem just because I don't want to pile on a lot obligations during that first semester.
