Columbia University School of Nursing - Masters Direct Entry (MDE) / DNP 2024

Published

Hello everyone! This thread is for folks applying to Columbia's MDE/DNP program for 2024! Good luck :)!

Anyone want to call and ask? ?

Hello,

I just called to ask and the person said that she did not know.  She said to email the admissions office. I know...not very helpful.  I am mentally preparing myself to be on edge this week until we hear back.

Hey guys! Congratulations to everyone who was accepted! I wanted to know if anyone was interested in roommating near the University or close to the area. I plan to move in before the start date. Comment and we can connect and further discuss.

For the POST-BSN DNP applicants, I was able to confirm with the program director that decisions will indeed be released this week. Fingers crossed for everyone and good luck!

Thank for confirming! I cannot believe this year has an extra day in February LOL. I am literally checking my email every hour lately

Anyone for post-BSN DNP get any updates today? I'm on the edge of my seat LOL I hope they didn't mean end of this week including tomorrow too. I guess it is what it is but I just want to hear by the end of the month as they indicated!

They released decisions on Feb 28th last year so I'm hopeful for today... I really don't want to wait any longer. ?

If they don't send anything today, when they have an entire extra day in February, I'm gonna be so mad. Sure they said end of this week, which includes March 1st, fine. But they also said end of February which is today... They're playing with us.

Well... I guess we know its definitely tomorrow LOL

Has anyone heard anything today?

See you all tomorrow ?

Decisions came out for Post-BSN- DNP, Got rejected... good luck to you all ?

Luckily I have been accepted to: Johns Hopkins DNP (55K scholarship), Emory, Georgetown and Vanderbilt.  Not sure why I did not make the cut for Columbia... considering Johns Hopkins is number one and Columbia is tied at number two with like 5 other schools. ?
