I know the application hasn't opened yet, but wondering if there was anyone else thinking of applying to Columbia MDE/DNP programs for June 2022 entry?

Hello! I submitted my application almost 2 months ago and Columbia has let me know my application has approved initial review and now they sent it to the admissions committee!
the 2 minute time limit is very strict. It has a timer that counts down and stops the video, the there are 2 video essay questions. ?

Hi of course you get a total of 3 tries to do the 2 minute essays! Don’t stress so much seriously, I procrastinated for 3 days before I said I really gotta finish this LOL!
be true to yourself when answering these questions, that’s what they want. Don’t write down answers you think you should say, just say how you feel! I felt so confident in the end. ?
hope this helps!

I am pretty certain you only get one go at the official video essays. You get three tries to do a practice video before starting the official video essays to resolve any issues with audio or video. But, once you go to the next page to start the actual video you only have one shot.
I personally wrote little notes down to keep me on track and so I didn't go back and think "OMG did I say that?!" or "Ugh, I should have said that!" but I made sure to know what I was going to say prior to starting the video. I probably glanced at my notes a few times (as I am human LOL) but I remained very genuine in the way I was delivering my thoughts and presenting myself. Just do your best and be yourself!! ?

Hey all! For yall that are applying to the MDE/DNP program, the DNP prompt asks for "attributes," and I was wondering if you interpreted attributes as being separate from skills?
I just want to make sure that I approached the prompt correctly.
