Hello,

Has anyone applied to Columbia's MS in Nurse Anesthesia program (2021) ?

Has anyone received a notice their application has been sent to the review committee yet?

I haven’t heard anything. What is weird is ------------------- in the admission section  doesn’t know either. They seem disorganized there!

Someone mentioned info from the open house about them starting to review apps. I wasn’t sure if anyone anyone heard anything. Thanks!

Hi guys,

I submitted my application this weekend, I know ------------------------ said they started looking at applications at the open house. He said they had 80 application on 9/1 and is expected 250 application since this is the last year for the masters program.

Got an email early this morning that my application passed initial review and is forwarded to the admissions committee

It said that it’s been passed to the faculty admission committee. Does that mean that it already passed through ------------------?

I think it means you’ve checked all the boxes in terms of what you need to apply. Now it can be sent for review.

I also received that email stating that my application passed the initial admissions review and is complete and is now being forwarded to the Faculty Admissions Committee.

I attended the Diversity CRNA zoom meeting today and ------------------ said they are reviewing applications now and will be calling ppl soon. She said the dates for the interview too. It was like 4 days. I think 10/14 and 10/15. I don't remember the other two dates.
