Hi all,
Could someone please tell me when assessing bowel sounds for someone who is having colorectal cancer, what kind of sound would I expect to hear?
Thank you!!

There's no particular bowel sound that is diagnostic for cancer. It depends more on the specific issues/complications (like bowel obstruction) that the patient is experiencing.
