any colorado lpn programs w/ no pre reqs?

:welcome: I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any LPN programs in colorado that dont require any pre-reqs? For instance I found out there is a nursing school in quincy MA that has one with no pre-reqs and takes 10 months...{they also have an accelerated rn program.} I just hope there is somthing like that in colorado because im a 37 year old single mom and time is important especially since my local nusing progam takes 2 1/2 years at the least to become an lpn. Im considering moving from colorado to Quincy MA just to attend their program but would rather stay in colorado.{I love it here! } Can anyone help me out with some information???

I quite smoking a few years back & I cant even tell you HOW bad I wanted to the other day....I wanted to buy a pack on the way home thinknig, "ahh one wont make a difference" I will defintly have to come and talk with ya! I know there is lots of smokers in my class I noticed.

I keep hearing there is "no love" from the LPN students who are farther in the program so I am glad to see there is:p

Of course there is, I have met many people from the 3rd, 4th and 5th sessions, and they are all great, we are all happy to help...hell we all feel like beginners ourselves. tee hee.

Oh, I am Roxanna by the way. Are you moving to Chicago after school? I know I have thought about Texas but I am not sure.

When do you guys start your clinicals?

We start clinicals not this week but next. It should be crazy.

Oh and, no I am not moving to Chicago, I wanted to but a bunch of shiat fell into my path so chicago is out of the picture, but if you want to you should! Its an amazing fucking city...I love it!

Richard...I wasnt up to late but your up WAYYY to early! I am atttempting to study again for the dosage test. I made some stupid mistakes last time, but I get so freaking nervous that I cant calm done and then I just mess it all up:angryfire

Ohhh I am not going to start smoking agian! I havent done it in YEARSSSSSSS but it was sounding pretty nice the other day!

all I did was forget to add the 1mL with the 0.8mL.....I couldn't believe it!!!

All I messed up forgeting a label and changed a answer! I will say know I am less confindent though....its like all the info has leaked out. Not to mention all the other work I have to do. I know I have to finish up my flashcards and I have to run to the store to get some more index cards because I am completely out! Not to mention I CANT FIND MY CALCULATOR!

That work sheet he sent home is pretty good because it shows how to work them in the back of it

Ohhh I must of said that wrong! I am still 85% sure I will be headed to DFW after school! It just seems like the best bet all around for housing & scope of practice. I know I have also heard there is TON of bridge programs there...so it is looking pretty good:)

Commuter.....are you going through a local CC there? I had a friend telling me about Indiana State and it sort of got my wheels turning
