Collin College LVN to RN Summer 2023

Hello, 

I wanted to create this forum for all LVNs applying into the bridge program at Collin College. Hopefully we can keep one another updated and level headed during this process. Please comment below, we can provide each other with needed info, admission emails, TEAS scores and program points.

No, I haven't only this one as of now I'll probably try Grayson if I don't get accepted into Collin

Yes, I did for the Summer 2023

Well I finally turned my application in. It's nice doing it all online. The other schools I applied to were paper, and you had to turn in a packet. I added up my points, I have 17, and I got a 72.7% on my TEAS. I wonder how many people they are accepting? I'm surprised there aren't more people commenting on this post.

Does anyone know what the schedule is going to look like? And when they will let us know if we are accepted or not?

I read on another board last year they didn't find out if they were accepted until end of March early April.

I think they will let us know on the beginning of April, as I see on their website that the clinical will start on the second semester, so I think first semester will be 2 days only and starting from 2nd semester it will be 3 days per week.

When you guys uploaded you PDF documents, did you remember to label them with your name? I did not, and labeled it instead, bridge packet. Do you think it matters, and I should fix it? It's really bothering me.

I'm so anxious the wait to find out is going to feel like forever!
