Hello,
I wanted to create this forum for all LVNs applying into the bridge program at Collin College. Hopefully we can keep one another updated and level headed during this process. Please comment below, we can provide each other with needed info, admission emails, TEAS scores and program points.
Hi everyone - looks like we're all in the same boat! I scored in the 70s on my TEAS, is that what you guys scored? If everyone is around the same then there's no need to worry about retaking it. Im so nervous and I havent applied yet. I'll be applying in the next few days. From what I understand there is nothing to deliver in person - its all online. I've heard negative things about the program.... I hope its not all true. I also saw that lecture days are 3 days a week and two clinical days? is that correct? or is it just one clinical? I wish they had an information session because I have so many unanswered questions! Thanks guys!
I made a 72.7 on mine I'm praying it's enough. I also called today and they lady explained that as of now they are going on Monday/Tuesday and clinical will be at the end on Monday/Tuesday as well....I'm hoping it stays that way because I want to work while attending the program. I submitted my application in January it's a longgggg waiting game so ready to know.
Thanks for replying!! ? Oh wow that's interesting. So two days for lecture and clinicals after lecture? So that means the clinicals won't be 12 hours. I remember hearing the clinicals were 12 hour shifts on different days. Thanks for the information! I'm sure I'll think of a million more questions to ask them once I call LOL. Your score is good! That's awesome you already applied, that's a big relief! Best of luck!
I'm not sure what my score is but I think a lot of it depends on the scores of everyone who applies. I have looked at other programs, and it looks like everyone is lowering their standards. I see a lot of schools that are now accepting people with sciences that are older than five years. Also, it looks like the scores in general have gone down. I'm not sure what this means?

Based off the website it says it has to be 65% or higher and atleast 50% and above in science and reading. I'm the exact same way about mine this is about to be the longest wait...
