Collin College Fall 2011 Start!

Hello everyone! I wanted to see if there is anyone else out there that received letters for Fall 2011 acceptance to Collin College.

I received mine today and am absolutely in la-la land!

Anyone else out there? What were your stats like?

Congrats to all who got acceptance and crossing my fingers for everyone else who hasn't heard anything as of yet!

Most students have the Littman II or the Littman Light. Hope that helps.

Hey Guys! I'm thinking about applying to do this school I'm from the DFW area, I was wondering do you have to take an entrance exam like HESI or TEAS for this college?

Yes you have to take the PSB it is done at the campus in McKinney.

I have Thursday clinicals. Thank God! I was really praying for one day for my first semester!

I have Wednesday Clinicals=). It still wont let me register so I am not sure who my instructor is.. I got my id and ordered my shoes! who else starting this fall has kids? I have two boys 2 and 6.

I have 3 boys, 10, 5 and 3. I can't register either, look at the class list and match the codes you were given and you can see your section and instructor.

Very cool, I am excited to meet everyone in our class! I am really looking forward to all that this program is going to do for me and my family! Cant wait to start!!

I had to go to advising to get my registration fixed. It took her about an hour but she did it while I sat there and then she went ahead and registered me for classes. Take your acceptance letter (even if you already put in the change of major form) and your sheet with your class numbers. Even though I had submitted a change of major forms weeks and weeks ago it had not been done.

I have four kids 15, 14, 11 and 7. I am looking forward to nursing school but with kind of a nervous anticipation. After all the horror stories that I have read/been told about how your life is not your own ect...

what do you guys mean about new id? I know there is a new standard college id we have to get, but what about the nursing id? I thought there was one we get that says nursing on it?
