Collin College Fall 2015 ADN

Hello everyone! I was looking for a thread for Fall 2015 for Collin, and didn't see one, so if there already is one, please share the link. Otherwise, welcome to this thread! I am a pre-nursing student and I am about to take the PSB and put in my application for Fall. Who's with me?

I am super nervous, but so very ready to get going with it.

I got an email last week asking if I was available for summer and fall 2015. Did you get one?

My google account stopped letting me log in using the school's email with this website, I had to create a new one :(

Yes I received the email last week also. I didn't ask what it was about, did you? I wonder how much longer until we get our letters. I'm sick of this wait! I need to know before I start making summer plans.

I think they were unsure if Bridge semester was going to be summer or Fall. I was told from the school that letters were mailed out Tuesday. í ½í¸ I haven't received one yet.

I haven't ever posted before but I have been checking everyone's comments daily as I anxiously wait. I am also an LVN and I am praying I receive the good news you guys just got very soon. Congrats to both of you and hopefully I will know tomorrow or at least by Saturday!!!

Congratulations to those of you who got into the Bridge Program!! For those of us who got into the Fall nursing program, has anyone received their email about fingerprinting? I'm not sure if they will send the email to my Collin email or my personal email. I was hoping that someone could post when they do receive their email. Some people tend to mistype my personal email address, so I thought I would just double check. I agree with you MomofRex, it will be fun to see who is in our nursing class that we have taken classes with. :-) I am finding it so hard to focus on my current classes. I just want to re-read my anatomy book and think about what I need to brush up on before nursing school starts!

For those who got in.... did y'all apply with honors courses? Im hoping to apply in Spring 16 but don't want to retake classes to get honors points ill have 30 assuming i get 6 points for pub

I had one honors class finished and was taking another when I got accepted. I retook psych for an honors point. I also retook humanities for another honors point just in case (the one I'm currently in). I went a bit overkill perhaps but I'm in so there is that.
