Hi, I know it’s kinda early but I wanted to start a string for those applying to Collin college ADN/RN program in the Fall of 2022. I just want to know where I fall points wise and competitive wise to others who are also applying this coming Fall.

Normal lounge wear is fine! Most lecture days you can wear comfy clothes, if we need scrubs for lecture that day then they will let us know ahead of time… but that is rare. Just be sure to bring a change of scrubs with you if you signed up for open lab that day after lecture!

Okay! Thank you so much!
Is it a good idea if I wait until school starts to purchase the books? For now I am thinking to buy just the $765.63 ATI complete.
I am finding free versions of textbooks online but they are from older editions so I just want to wait until school starts to see how important the textbooks are. Thoughts or recommendations?

Personally I just bought the online version of the books, and yes we are told to use them as study material outside of presentations… so from my experience I would recommend them.

I wanted to ask you if you took the exam for med term and abbreviations last semester? If you did was it multiple choice or short answer?
Yes I did take that exam and it is multiple choice. Study for that exam because it is by far the easiest 100 you can get… and if you fail it or get a low score it can be extremely detrimental to your average and be very hard to come back from.
