Collin College ADN program Fall 2022

Hi, I know it’s kinda early but I wanted to start a string for those applying to Collin college ADN/RN program in the Fall of 2022. I just want to know where I fall points wise and competitive wise to others who are also applying this coming Fall.

Sorry to beat a dead horse here, but which one is it? Also the P&E bundle is the required books right?

Is anyone else having a hard time purchasing the ATI Complete on the bookstore. Every time I try to check out, it won’t stay in my cart.

Hi guys I'm not sure if someone asked this already or not, but some of the books say "with access" do you think it is required that we find those books with access or will just the book by itself be sufficient?

I was having this problem, I made an account and also made sure that my store location was set to Mckinney. If that doesn't work either you might want to follow the link they give in the "welcome to the ADN program" document under the books section. Hope that helps.

They said on the ppt that its up to us if we purchase the books individually or in book bundles.

Did you buy the one that has the $765 price? Because there’s one with a TBD and one with the 765 price.

I have a PDF of the one from last semester. I can post that PDF here but please be aware there may be some changes to the new one. We should get access to the new one shortly before or on the first day of class.

OK, thank you. Also, do we need to get like a stethoscope and other supplies before the first day or is that not necessary until later?

You will need the stethoscope and arm pressure cuff on the first day of lab, but there are ones in the lab you can use if you don’t have your own.

OK, would like a Littman stethoscope be OK?
