Actually, a lot of people are in CNR's Nursing Program. (Myself included this fall) Many people transfer over there, after two years in another college to fulfill the prerequisites. They gave me this paper that says approximately 200 RNs are going for their BSN and about another 200 highschool graduates are going for their 1st degree in Nursing. You don't really count the highschool graduates much because they are fulfilling the prerequisites. So I would estimate about 200-300 that are actually in the Nursing program, more or less. There's approximately 800 students in the college. It's not too hard to get into. They look for a 3.0 GPA and at least a C+ on their prerequisites. The college's passing rate in the Nursing Board Exam is in the top 5 of NY. So yes, they are pretty into their students. They actually treat you like royalty compared to CUNY schools.
As for the tuition, I paid $12,411 for this semester, which includes all the fees, except for room and board. Multiply that by two and we're talking about $25,000 per year. I do get a $10,000 scholarship per year so I don't pay for all of it. It's still a lot of money but hey I won't be complaining here. The rest is loans.

Hi everyone!
I have been looking around the site for info on the College of New Rochelle Accelerated program and there doesn't seem to be too many people applying or in the program.
If anyone has any information about this program (how competitive it is, if it is any good, any other relevant info) it would be greatly appreciated! :)
