Hello everyone, I'm just making a thread for everyone that is applying for this upcoming semester. I applied last for the spring but didn't get in d/t a clerical error so make sure if you guys are applying to double and triple check they have all of your information in the system. Good luck to all of you!!!

Oh wow that's awesome. So you have the motivation to complete right there. I'm going to work as well. I work in dialysis, but my hours will just have to cut down. They too pay for my tuition, thankfully.

I just started there a few months ago. I really love it, it's a great place to work. So yes I plan on staying here. I will be cutting down on hours as well. I want to do well in the program.

Do you know what area you want to work in?

Well I'm gonna have to work here for a little after graduation so I'll just transition into acute dialysis in the hospital. Then from there, where ever the wind takes me. I'd like to try as many fields as I can though. For the exposure.

Hello future nurses. I'm Ali and I'm also applying for the fall of 2016. Do ya'll know around when COM start notifying people. I applied at ACC last year and man that was brutal. I didn't even make the alternate list. :( I applied at 3 schools this time so someone has to take me! :)

Good luck. I just applied to 2. But COM took weeks last semester so we should hear something by the end of May. Longest 3 weeks of my life

Hey everyone this is Michelle, I'm new to this! I also applied for Spring 2016 but didn't get in because I did the wrong modules...before the deadline I had called to see if I had everything in for COM and the nursing department said yes and apparently "checked" everything and said I had everything... Turns out I didn't.... I don't understand if these front desk ladies think our education and getting into nursing school is a joke or are they just that lazy to actually check and make sure everything is in....?! Its so frustrating. From all that I've read on here, I'm not the only one they've made a mistake on. I have applied for the ADN fall 2016 and I scored a 367 do ya'll think thats a decent score? I tried getting it higher but only ended up scoring lower lol... I will be driving to the school soon before the deadline to WATCH them check that I have everything in because at this point I don't trust them over the phone.

Just got an email from COM with a checklist to see if you're missing anything. It said I was missing modules 1-5 (even though I already completed them) so I did them and sent the scores in. Y'all double check if they say you're missing anything too :)

Where did they email you to? Personal email or COM?

Personal email.

Ok. I haven't received anything í ½í¸¬

It seems as though their organization system needs some work. But at the sane time I'm relieved to know it wasn't just me that missed out last semester because of an error that someone else made. Its a little discouraging.
