College of the Mainland ADN Fall 2018

Hello, just wanted to create a thread for everyone applying to COM's Fall 2018 ADN program. I stop by the school today and met with a Nursing Advisor, we went over the requirements needed (more like a one on one orientation). The link to apply to the program just showed up on my WebAdvisor. Good luck everyone

Does anybody know if we need the flu shot now or next season. I was told by clinic that new season doesn't start till September

Thank You Cheryl for the information! I've been checking my email everyday.Im still on alternate list as of now,hope I get lucky and get in.

hey guys I talked to school they stated that you need the flu for the new season not current season. New flu season vaccines come out late august early September. She said if you don't have flu vaccine don't worry about it cause its for next season which starts in September

Hi there,

I have been selected as an alternate admission, I check my email and my status every single day!!! do you guys know when we know if we got accepted or not? I had 3 As and 2bs for my pre reqs and I have a 3.69 Science GPA and I have an associate degree, but I did not get accepted, does anyone know if they will select from the alternate admission list or not? I know there are 10 alternates. I have been waiting on that email that will direct us on how we can upload the immunizations file but I have not received anything yet. I am so nervous :###
