Hello, just wanted to create a thread for everyone applying to COM's Fall 2018 ADN program. I stop by the school today and met with a Nursing Advisor, we went over the requirements needed (more like a one on one orientation). The link to apply to the program just showed up on my WebAdvisor. Look on the Nursing Site, they have pictures. We will be wearing white tops and red bottoms, Cherokee brand scrubs...white shoes

I didn't make it either. I had a 387. A in micro and Bs for everything else with a bachelors. I went to see the advisor this morning and she said she wasn't allowed to give the lowest accepted score. I'm retaking eng and psy online and A&P1 this summer and praying for As because it's a 16 week course condensed into 5 weeks! And now they've pushed the spr 18 app date back to sept 3. I almost cried for 3 secs yesterday but don't let it discourage you. Just try again!

Listen! Don't get discouraged! Retake those classes, TRUST ME I had to! It's competitive at all the schools you will apply to. I retook English 1301 and A&P 1 and 2 when I moved to Houston. I applied to several schools with HESI scores and TEAS. I added up with a 383 GPA, 60 science points, 15 points for Psych, and 10 Associate Degree points....I pray for you to keep trying and you will get in!!!

Hey guys if you have not taken Pharmacology yet, listen there are some great flash cards available on this site! I printed them for review...they are for ATI testing in the program. Also watch YouTube videos on Pharm and Dimensional Analysis.
