Hi everyone. I haven't found a forum out there for COM Fall 2017. I recently found out about the school and will be turning in my application for the deadline. Anyone else out there ? :)

Just because you didn't get accepted doesn't mean you won't get on the alternate list and get in. I'm pretty sure they don't send anything out to alternate listed students until the actual letters are sent out.

Congratulations to everyone that got in!!! :) I was also accepted! Whoop! I just found this forum when I was searching to see when they were going to make their decision. I can't wait to meet everyone that got in! :)

What was was your score? was it a high 700 cuz if you made 751 they didn't take that score or anything lower you have to have a high score.

I am surprised they sent their acceptances out sooner than other schools when their deadline was May 15th! Alvin being April 7th and still no word from them. They went through applications pretty quickly.

The nurse office secretary told me that its all done electronically so they don't sit there picking and choosing. I've heard so many rumors of ACC picking and choosing students not only from their grades but if they know the person.. I have absolutely no idea if thats true or not but I have a lot of friends in that program and thats what I've heard. Anyways, since they do it all in the computer and actually choose students by who has the most points it makes it so fast for them. I agree though, I figured even if they had the results they might hold off, IDK why I was thinking that but I definitely didnt think it would be this soon!

Well that's why I don't think they took ppl with 750 it had to be higher.

I spoke with an advisor today and she said 760 was the lowest they accepted this semester. I know last semester it was 734 and alternates got in with 728 I just wish I would be applied last semester, the advisor I spoke with told me I would've got in.
