Hi everyone. I haven't found a forum out there for COM Fall 2017. I recently found out about the school and will be turning in my application for the deadline. Anyone else out there ? :)

Hey, I'm a new student for the fall program, but I only just found this. It's super helpful and I wish I thought of looking for a forum sooner. I tried searching that fb page too, but I couldn't find it. Anyone have a link?

Hello, for those of you starting in the fall I have a book that I am selling Health Assesment in Nursing 5th edition the one we need if any one is interested as well as a brand new stethoscope. I will do both for $60 the bookstore sells the book used for about $95. Also, can anyone recommend comfortable shoes for clinicals? I have been looking around but, am still unsure what to buy.

I found some white leather like all over shoes at Payless for $20. I talked to the nursing department again and she said she didn't think it mattered if the shoes had laces.

Hi guys I'm curious to know if they will cancel the orientation, due to weather, has anyone heard anything?

Yes they sent out an email yesterday. They have cancelled it and said to be prepared to stay on campus the first week of class, Thursday and Friday from 8-5 and we will be oriented then.

Hi everyone!

How are you all liking the program?

I want to apply for fall of 2018 i have completed all my courses with A's and B's.

I will be moving from Dallas,TX and relocate somewhere near the school.

Any recommendations, i will greatly appreciate them :)
