Hello All:
Starting a thread for those of us applying to COC Summer/ Fall 2019 RN program. I am specifically applying to the LVN to RN program. Lets keep each other updated on status.

I'm looking at 79 or 77 points points depending on how many life experience points they give me.
You did great! Based on previous posts I'm thinking you'll get in with those points! Where did you take your TEAS? And how'd you score 90s in the reading?
I took it at Ventura Community College it's my first choice school. They actually have a waitlist! If you aren't admitted due to low points you still get on the list. As for the reading section I got a 95% by first reading the question, then slowly reading the passage, then re-reading the question. It felt time consuming but there were several passages that had multiple questions.

95%?! I was just shooting for a 75 lol. Is that also your strategy for science too? Thank you for that tip, I'll be using it. I really hope you get into your 1st Choice, but I think you're looking great for COC. Honestly I think you're looking great for any school in California including the universitys. I wish I was you lol. .. I will look to see if I can apply to ventura and have the prerequisites. I'm okay with a WL. Thanks!

Wow what an incredible score Carpelibrum! If you don't mind me asking, what is your GPA?
