Hi everyone! I am starting this thread for anyone that will be applying to the COC spring 2015 semester!

I am so nervous to start applying, and so excited at the same time!

I am curious as to what every ones GPA is that will be applying?

Good luck to anyone taking the teas tomorrow at coc!

Do you guys know if COC's TEAS is electronic or paper? If it is on the computer do you get results right away?

I think it is computer, but I do not think we will get results right away. I think the school blocks them for a few days

I actually just called. They said it is on the computer and results are posted on ATI the next day. However, ATI said you get them right after the test.

I am worried about the science portion of TEAS. I took the online practice test and scored 60% :( Any suggestions on studying?

I don't really have any suggestions since I haven't taken the online exams. I hear they go into more depth than the book, and are a lot harder. But I am not sure how much harder the actual test is than the book. Hopefully everything on the test is in the book. When do you take the test?

When I took the TEAS at Pasadena the score was right there when you press submit.

I got an email too saying I was eligible.

The test was very hard for me because I am not good at math or science. I would say study the biology part. There was a little bit of stuff that I never learned. I just barely passed with 62.7%. Good luck though.

Just talked to the nursing office and they said email notifications should go out by the end of next week!

I took the teas yesterday. But I won't find out the score until tomorrow. They said around 380 people applied for the RN program and around 100 for the bridge. They said generally after determining who is ineligible, they have around 200 applicants. And next week we find out! I just hope I passed and scored high enough to have a shot!
