cleveland clinic pay grade

hello, I'm an accounting guy that might be getting a job at cleveland clinic and the pay grade was 11. the HR person said that range started at 37k yrly. she didn't tell me how large the range was. 37k seems incredibly low. can anyone give me more insight on how CCF salary structure works

This. In 22 years of nursing in the US, I have never seen engineering pay remotely connected to nursing pay. The departments are handled separately. Nursing is also not done by grade.

Many large organizations, including hospital systems, do indeed have one pay grade structure that encompasses all job titles within the organization. So I understand your question, OP.
