hello, I'm an accounting guy that might be getting a job at cleveland clinic and the pay grade was 11. the HR person said that range started at 37k yrly. she didn't tell me how large the range was. 37k seems incredibly low. can anyone give me more insight on how CCF salary structure works

What does this have to do with nursing?

As this is a nursing site, not an accounting, Cleveland Clinic or HR site, what makes you think that we would have an answer?
someone familiar with the pay grade structure. maybe an LPN or RN in the same pay grade?
I read the title as Cleveland Clinic gay parade.

I've never seen nursing pay grades combined with engineering pay grades.
This. In 22 years of nursing in the US, I have never seen engineering pay remotely connected to nursing pay. The departments are handled separately. Nursing is also not done by grade.

Have you moved into a nursing career? Otherwise we can't help you.

Many large organizations, including hospital systems, do indeed have one pay grade structure that encompasses all job titles within the organization. So I understand your question, OP.
If no one here is familiar with the Cleveland Clinic's pay grades -- you might check out glassdoor.com as suggested above, or monster.com, or other social media platforms where users share data about employers.
Good luck in your job search!
