UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

I am starting a thread for anyone applying to CIZIK for Spring 2026. How is your application coming along, what are your stats, and have you gotten any response at this time?

I will go first:

Application submitted 05/12/2025 via Ncas

GPA: 3.9 SGPA: 4.0 TEAS: 90%

Status: Application received.

I did mine on Oct 11th and I am still waiting.  I got two emails from Identogo, I could not tell which one was for Cizik so I picked only one because I was told it would not matter since its all going to the BON.  Now I'm just confused. I have called called BON and no one comes to the phone just recorded lines and referral to their website.

I got my blue card on oct 27th after doing it on oct 6th! but I'm not sure where to submit it

I got this email today. Has anyone got similar email? 
 

"This email serves to let you know that your interview was positive and you will receive a formal admissions decision notification from our Office of Students Affairs in the coming weeks once our holistic applicant review process is complete (which includes assessing your transcripts, resume, and letters of recommendation). You will be notified of any required items that are outstanding.“

For the pacesetter bsn? That doesn't sound right. That sounds more like a graduate program

hey guys, 

I am so confused because I still need my dose 2 and titers for some vaccines + I have completed my fingerprinting weeks ago and my blue card still has not been mailed and registration starts November 19. Is anyone done with their holds? honestly, I am just playing the waiting game and I feel anxious because registration is right around the corner.

Registration does start in November but it also ends in January so you should be okay. Im also waiting for my blue card 🙂

I still need to do my TB test, and I did my background check at the beginning of October and I still don't have my blue card.

Is anyone else going to the New Student Admit day next week?

does anyone know if you need to do the hands on portion of the BLS training at Cizik or can you get it done anywhere?

The BLS training can be done anywhere. You just need to make sure the training is from tha AHA. Only American Heart Association trainers are accepted. 

The blue card will arrive eventually.

Do we have to contact the school if we failed any of the titer/ immunizations? Or do we just follow the protocol that they put for us to follow?
