UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

I am starting a thread for anyone applying to CIZIK for Spring 2026. How is your application coming along, what are your stats, and have you gotten any response at this time?

I will go first:

Application submitted 05/12/2025 via Ncas

GPA: 3.9 SGPA: 4.0 TEAS: 90%

Status: Application received.

No, just get a booster, if that isn't enough, repeat the series of vaccines

So I didn't get in, which was expected but I plan on retaking some courses to get my GPA up. Does anyone know if Cizik accepts online courses from Westcott/UMass Global or Portage learning? I want to retake Micro and A&P 1. 
 

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am so confused because I still need my dose 2 and titers for some vaccines + I have completed my fingerprinting weeks ago and my blue card still has not been mailed and registration starts November 19. Is anyone done with their holds? honestly, I am just playing the waiting game and I feel anxious because registration is right around the corner. 

I have received my blue card but it's been 4 days since I've submitted my blue card and my criminal and background check still haven't cleared yet. But to be fair, I still need to do my hep c, 2nd varicella booster, and varicella titers too. Optimistically it'll take the end of November before I can apply for classes

Does anyone have an issue with myUTH today? tried logging in to complete something time-sensitive for my FAFSA, and it shows up as a Failure Web Server Bridge. I also contacted IT but they are not available till the next business day.

When I go to submit my blue card through the link in my acceptance email it says the survey isn't taking any more responses, is anyone else having this problem?

It let me submit it but I'm not positive it went through because the screen just went blank after I submitted it and it didn't give me any sort of confirmation

the same happened to me! the screen just went blank after I submitted the blue card

im also going to the new student day tomorrow!!

is there anyone that hasn't been contacted about their drug screen yet? I remember when I called the admissions people, they told me that the drug screen is random, but I'm starting to get worried LOL
