How can I find out why I got denied again? Do I just keep on applying until I get accepted? Ms J never answers my calls or emails ?

Not sure to be honest. I was denied twice before and never found out why. I went to the school and asked in person but not even then I was told why.

Got waitlisted. Gonna be taken off waitlist, due to getting accepted into grad school for another profession. CONGRATS to those who got accepted, and for those who are waitlisted hang in there!

Ah... I got denied. My friend also told me to call and find out but I saw in another thread that they look a lot Into the A&P side of your HESI? my stats weren’t that great either and I have an AS. 3.5 GPA and like an 87 on the HESI I believe?

This morning around 10:30 AM, I checked my portal (haven't gotten physical mail or email still). I got denied; I just wanted to put my stats on here for future applicants to be able to see, since it was what I looked for when I applied. I did not have any retakes, took the HESI once, this is my first cycle applying, and I did not have any hospital experience. A lot of people in a Groupme I was in had similar or slightly lower stats that did get in! So, do not be discouraged!! Good luck to everyone, and I am so so happy for those who did get in this cycle, especially to those who had been denied before.

Science GPA: 4.0

Cum GPA: 3.9

HESI: 95 (100 anatomy, 94 math, vocab 90, grammar 96, and reading comp 94)

My application is still under review.. I guess I should just assume that I’m gonna get denied because it seems as though all the acceptances went out already. I really thought third times the charm ?

Oh my gosh three times and no acceptance yet *** my heart hurts for you and future me too bc that will probably be me when I apply again for Spring ugh this makes no sense it’s like they see I’m unworthy to be a nurse or something I’m sad ?

Can someone recommend me good A&P study materials???? I’m going to retake my HESI and apply for their Spring term also ;-;

I feel the same exact way. It’s definitely extremely discouraging especially because I didn’t think my stats were that bad. I have 93 on HESI and 3.5 GPA with AS. I hope all who have been denied can get in as soon as possible one of these tries.

Join the “online HESI A2 study group” on facebook. They have loads of files that helped me get a 93. Good luck ?
