Hey everyone! I couldn't find a forum for this application cycle, so I thought I'd go ahead and start one. How is everyone preparing for the HESI? Or if you've taken it already feel free to share your stats if you're comfortable with that. Also, anybody plan on working while in the program, I would love to see y'alls opinions on that. ☺️

I got my portal update!! ACCEPTED!

I’m scared to check!! Did y’all get an email notif or just checked??

I had a 86 on HESI overall. 3.8 science GPA and 3.5 Overall. I also have an associate's degree. Some people from the GroupMe I'm in have been accepted.

I’m so anxious... everyone else has received something and mine still says “under review” WHYYYTTYT

I’m not 100% sure but they’ve always sent out acceptances in waves so hopefully they’ll continue Monday ?

Still pending review

thanks! I had a 3.89 GPA at application, an overall 94 on HESI. After the Spring semester my GPA went up to 3.94 and I also have been working full time all through school as well.

Does UThealth have counselors or advisors for those who are applying?

UT only has advisors for those who got in. You only get to know who they are some time before starting school.
