City tech nursing 2017?

Hi, I was wondering how my chances are getting into the nursing program for the spring 2017 semester. I have a 3.5 pre req gpa and A in a&p and a 90 on the teas. I know they mostly

look at gpa which is why I'm so nervous... I heard 3.5 is the cutoff. I got a B in eng comp but I got a 95 on the English portion on the teas so I was hoping that would better my chances. I'm really nervous!!! If anyone is in the program please give me your insight!!!

The orrientation is on January 18th a wednesday starting at 9:00 AM till 3:30PM~

I also got acceptance letter today. I am in Queens. Just accepted my seat. I wonder when and how they will change our major so we can register for classes. If anyone knows please share. Congrats to all accepted.

UPDATE:

I also received an acceptance letter via (snail) mail!

In regards to registering for classes, I am assuming that once the Nursing department receives each student's acceptance, then they will change our major to Nursing on their end. I recall from an information session that it is the department's responsibility to change the major (not the student).

In regards to the uniforms, I highly recommend calling the City Tech bookstore to check if they have your size in stock. If they don't, then they will need to put in an order to re-stock. Here's the link to the City Tech bookstore Hours and Contact Information:

tmadjula CNA, I am in Queens. Don't worry , from what I remember ur gpa and test score were similar to mine.

I got my acceptance letter in the mail this afternoon and accepted my seat! I'm still unable to register for the classes though but I saw that some people have been enrolled already. Has anyone received any emails yet?

I also accepted my seat but haven't heard anything back yet. Im waiting to see if I get any response by tomorrow and if not am going to stop by the school.

I just received my acceptance letter tonight and I could definitely tell they mailed it late. It said I need to have my scrubs ordered by tomorrow. Good one! But seriously, if anyone finds out more info on what uniform company where using, obtaining our cpr certification and our physical (presumably from beth israel) please share!

I really hope my application didn't get

lost anywhere, because I didn't receive any sort of response. This is nerve wrecking and annoying.

I hope you receive it tomorrow but if you don't by Friday go to the school so they check the acceptance list for you.

I still haven't received anything either. I'm in Brooklyn. omg this is nerve wrecking. Congratulations to all of you who have gotten in so far!!
