City tech nursing 2017?

Hi, I was wondering how my chances are getting into the nursing program for the spring 2017 semester. I have a 3.5 pre req gpa and A in a&p and a 90 on the teas. I know they mostly

look at gpa which is why I'm so nervous... I heard 3.5 is the cutoff. I got a B in eng comp but I got a 95 on the English portion on the teas so I was hoping that would better my chances. I'm really nervous!!! If anyone is in the program please give me your insight!!!

My GPA was a 3.4 and TEAS score 77.6.

The acceptance letter said something about the scrubs needing to be ordered by the 12th which is tomorrow but there was no flyer attached. Did anyone get the flyer by mail with the acceptance letter? I tried calling the deparment of nursing but seems like they arent taking any calls atm or messages

Yh I was confused about the flyer too because there was nothing attached so I will call the school tomorrow to ask for more information about it.

I know the uniforms are sold at the City Tech Bookstore. Yes, those uniforms have the nursing program's applique/emblem.

Has anyone tried to register for the courses yet. My major hasn't been changed to nursing so i can't enroll yet.

I know the uniforms are sold at the City Tech Bookstore. Yes, those uniforms have the nursing program's applique/emblem. I assume you can call the bookstore to check if they have your size in stock. If they don't, then they will have to order more before classes begin.

I just got my letter! Congrats to everyone who did!!!!!!

BTW, tried to enroll and couldn't after confirming my seat. wondering how long it will take... Hoping they didn't give my seat away :( (The letter said no later than Jan. 9th)

I can't find the site for the uniform anywhere!!!

I received the letter today in the mail. I was able to send in my acceptance yesterday (because I emailed 10 people for 2 weeks). I asked about the deadline and they said that you can still accept your seat. I called the main number today so they can transfer me to the Nursing Dept (because they are not accepting calls direct you need to get transfered) and they finally admitted that the letters were sent out late. The guy said not to worry about the scrubs that on the day of orientation that we will get all the information.

Congratulations to everyone who got this letter! However I can't check my mailbox until tomorrow noon. And all the news on this thread makes me excited and anxious lol. I have a gpa of 3,94 and teas 82.7%. So hopefully I will see the letter tomorrow as well.

Can anyone tell me what is the date for orientation?
