Hi All,
Anyone else applying?

Are the NUR classes fully online? Or do u still go to clinicals?
They're fully online as of right now. For next term, we aren't sure yet. I still believe for the most part it will remain online. Maybe a select few clinical groups will be granted in person clincal access in the hosipital. My preceptor for my group said at her hospital they're only allowing third and fourth semester students in; those that are about to graduate or close to.
Hello again. To those of you who took the TEAS already, just wanted to clarify:
1. I read online that you are able to go back to questions on the specific section you are in, whether online or paper version. Is that true?
2. Also, no cell phones are allowed in the testing center? Would the site have a locker or something for devices, or should I just not bring a phone at all.
3. Are snacks allowed to bring? Like to eat during the 10 minute break after the first two sections?

And don’t even get me started with the professors at this school. They just don’t care and don’t help. I had a great first semester tho.

pretty bad. I know a classmate transferred out to another college's nursing program, because this school is too unorganized. I've been contemplating if I should drop out of this program altogether once the semester ends

Jeez. I dodged a bullet. Was in City Tech and I was contemplating whether to stay. I ended up transferring to Kingsborough instead.

yea, you saved yourself
the professors never really go over what we got wrong on the exams, so we're just running around in circles unless one of our classmates remembered the specific questions and brought it up
we were supposed to go to clinicals around 2-3 weeks in, but still nothing
professors have been 50/50 for the most part. this semester in particular, I prefer the clinical instructors more since they have been more helpful

Fully online for clinicals and lectures for the first semester students. I believe for the second semester students, they’re doing in person clinicals tho
