Hey everyone! Has anyone applied to the City of Hope New Graduate program? I applied a few days ago and will post on here if I hear anything. Best of luck to those that applied!
Did anyone else get the email regarding the CIS thingy?!
I did. I don't know exactly what this means for my future (still waiting for a response regarding the interview), but I'm willing to do it.
What I am wondering is if they'll ask us to work this temp position for free. That would really be something else, wouldn't it?

If that's the case I just wouldn't be able to do it! I'm all the way down here in Oceanside. The commute alone will be rough, but if the position were unpaid on top of that... I don't know if I could do it financially.

CaliRN13--I feel your pain, for sure. I live in Berkeley and if I got this temp thing, I would stay temporarily in Los Angeles with my sister. I already have some part-time gigs lined up here in San Francisco that would pay me, so if this City of Hope gig is non-paid, then ... oh boy ... That is just too much.
Does anyone have a clue whether this is paid or not??
