I know I'm not the only one not-so patiently waiting for May to come. Thought I'd get this thread going so we can all connect.

I only got attachments for the acceptance letter and the health screenings. I'll have to ask about the castle branch.

Look at God! congrats to everyone who has gotten accepted & to those who are still waiting, good things come to those who wait. Have faith your time is coming! sending positive vibes & good energy!

Hi! No, I am still not able to register for classes. Hopefully we can register after orientation on 6/18.

So I got in Spring of 2025 does anyone know whats the next process is. I emailed the nursing department last week hopefully they'll get back to me. As you know were probably all anxious to not lose our spots. I dropped my LVN program for this so it's appreciated if anyone gets an update to post what's going on. Thanks and good luck!

I thought we didn't need to take any action until early November for the orientation. I am checking with the nursing department as well. If you receive any updates, can you share them with us?

No not yet. I tried the other day and it didn't work. I am guessing after the orientation we will have a better idea of when we can. I also noticed there is 2 choices for the fundamentals of nursing class so I am guess there will be 2 option times.

I believe the deadline to upload is July 22nd for fall 2024 start.
Losing Hope
This is so depressing. I earned 85 points, but I haven't been accepted. Why work so hard to do well if you aren't rewarded for your hard work? I'm very sad. I got a letter for the waitlist, but I am not holding my breath... I guess nursing isn't my calling. I have accepted a Bio major at SF State. What are other people doing that haven't gotten into the program? What is your plan B?

When did you receive your waitlist notice and did they give you a placement number? Don't lose hope, I feel like some people are still waiting to hear from other programs. A friend of mine was #51 on the waitlist a couple years back and got in. Not that any two years are alike but there's still hope.
I agree that it's a bit depressing. I have not received any correspondence from the nursing dept and would appreciate if they'd put me out of my misery already. While my points were lacking a degree and experience, I have busted my *** as a full time employee and mom of two for my pre req 4.0 and TEAS score. I was crazy only applying to one program. My pre reqs will start to expire next year so I will likely reapply and also apply to some local RT programs that don't have recency requirements. In the meantime I have to work to feed my fam.
