AHHHH! Shoutout to you! Their comment rubbed me the wrong way; and I most likely got in based on merit. It is one thing to be upset, but putting down others because you are upset shows an individual's true characteristics more often than not. They should only be angry at themselves for not applying to more schools and casting a wider net to ensure success.

Just sent my letter of declination off! Hopefully someone here comes back with some good news saying they got accepted!

Do you guys think the individuals who are getting the late acceptances are getting called up off of the alternate list?

I talked to the director at orientation, and she said they probably will have those answers until late this month or June. Because they needed to go through attendance at orientation and some other things that I forgot. I hate to say it, but I am kinda getting discouraged with them.

I applied with 80 points. I was going to post my points just for future applicants to know. Anywho, I will be declining my acceptance because I got into a school closer to home. Congrats to those accepted; and Good luck to those waiting!

Good luck with LMC! Now, I am just waiting on their response. I'm not feeling too confident after seeing we can take the TEAS more than once though. LMC's clinical placements are going to be the deciding factor for me. Some of their graduates already had jobs two/three months at John Muir after graduating last year. ARC in Sacramento and SJDC both have Spring Start. ARC is lottery and SJDC is merit. Tried the ARC lottery twice and both were unsuccessful.

No, it isn't. I live in the Solano County and went to DVC so LMC, CCC, and Solano were my top choices. My partner and I were willing to move out to Stockton if my top choices weren't successful. I'm just grateful and happy to know that there is a guarantee that nursing school will definitely be starting for me in a few months regardless of where it's at.

They sent out the acceptances and alternate positions like 2 days ago. This meaning that if you didn't hear back, there's a decent chance you weren't picked it in the lottery. Sorry!
