CHOP 2020?

Does anyone know anything about the CHOP nurse residency for December graduates? I know the last posting was for those graduating through October. When does CHOP traditionally have postings for nurse resident? Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

It doesn’t hurt to call or email. When do you start? I would do it ASAP just to be on the safe side.

I already called and they just said everyone is behind because of the holidays

They told me it was because of IT issues beyond their control but should be resolved within the next couple of days and be sent out ASAP.

Is anyone coming from out of state? For those who have already been hired, what have they said about licensing? Did not having a PA license effect your start date?

? I haven't heard anything...I guess I wasn't selected? Though, under my account it still says "in process." Who knows. I'm really bummed though

When did you interview? I would call or email and ask because I believe you were supposed to hear back regardless of whether they offered you or not. I know their systems have also been having a lot of IT issues over the past month apparently so I’d just reach out.

I interviewed 12/4, and they told me it would take about 2 weeks to hear back. Idk, I would also assume they would say something if I wasn't selected. I emailed 2 different people so I'm just waiting to see what they say

Hi everyone. is there a place where people who will be starting at CHOP can connect? Like a facebook group or something? Also, is anyone coming from out of state to work at CHOP? I just received and offer but I'm relocating to Philly and in need of a roommate!
