CHLA Versant RN Residency September 2020 Cohort

Hi! I know the application for CHLA's RN Residency Program doesn't come out until March 2nd, 2020, but I just wanted to get a heads start!

I'm planning on applying for their NICCU and was curious if anyone knew what the prescreen interview would consist of?

CONGRATS on the interview ! I'm so sad I didn't jump on applying while in school. But I am hopeful to apply this September. Can I ask do you have any previous experience as a CNA or anything hospital related? The only thing I have that looks good on my app is I am on this unit for my senior preceptorship.

Just an FYI, this group of applications got bumped to a January 2021 start date. They’ve cancelled the cohort starting March 2021, and the next cohort will be September 2021. ?

Do they change your application status if they have official moved on from your application? Mine still says submitted but I applied to Heart Institute as well.

No, they don't. I also got an email and it still says they are reviewing my application.

I received the same email and also applied to the ED... still haven't heard anything re: interview from ED ?
