Hello friends! This thread is for everyone applying to CHLA's RN Residency Program starting in March 2020. Hopefully we can keep each other posted on the application process, interviews and whatever else. I'm trying to apply to their NICCU! What about you?

Thanks for making this! I’m actually not a new grad, but I’m applying to the transition fellowship in October we and wanted to see if anyone else would be interested in starting a post for that. I’ll leave this here and see if I have any takers. Thanks and good luck!!

Hello,

I submitted the application, and was wondering how to do the prescreen interview? Is the prescreen interview the "On Demand Video Interview" from the e-mail they sent when we registered? Also, what kind of questions did they ask? It says we have one hour - do we have a chance to edit our videos?

Hello,

There are 5 questions that you will need to answer. You have 2 minutes to answer each question. You are only able to record each answer once so no edits after. The recording doesn't start immediately so you have time to think about your answers before you start to record. They are all behavioral questions to get to know you.

Hi There, I also applied to the NICCU. Did anyone have difficulty with the prescreen? Mine said "expired" after i submitted the intro. Best of luck to everyone!

Hi! I had a similar problem and was able to get in contact with Montage IT and the recruiter into the interview module. They should be able to reset the time. I hope this helps! good luck!

Okay, just to be clear.

I submitted the application and completed the on demand video interview prescreen. Is that all we need to do?
