I'm in a very similar boat -- I'm mid 20's, nursing is my 2nd degree, and I graduated in August, too.

btw did either of you who got calls so far have any experience as a CNA or nurse related something before? and how long ago did you graduate? if you dont mind me asking...

I graduated from Accelerated BSN program in jan 2012. So its been a while for me. Im 30, also have a prev bachelors degree in spanish...my only prior health care experience was that i worked as an MA in a cardiology practice for 2 years while doing my prerequisites and applying to schools....

Ok so she called back and I scheduled my interview for next wednesday! She said it is going to be a 10 minute screening interview…

Received the same phone call today for a 10min screen to "wow" the managers of 6 East.

12:10 was the earliest choice for Tuesday I was offered and anytime between then and 2:30. I am rooting for everyone here and hoping so much to see the post count for interviews shoot up this up this week!

ugh I am hoping so too I am going crazy sitting here waiting haha. I am beginning to take my phone into the most inappropriate places haha its almost frightening. Fingers crossed for everyone too! We got this :)

Hey everyone!

So I got a call this morning for my interview!!! YAY!!! I applied to 1) NICU and 2) hem/onco

The thing is I am finishing up my degree at NYU so I asked if I could do a phone interview, and for the rest of you out of staters, she said it should not be a problem she just has to confirm with the nurse recruiter. So now I am waiting for them to call me back to schedule my phone interview!

And they offered a monday interview for you guys that were interested in the earliest slot :)
