thank you I hope it went better than I thought it did! the first interview was with the nurses who worked on the floor. there were about like 10 people in the same room and they each had a question. tell us about yourself, why chla, why peds nursing. and then some clinical questions: tell us about a time you failed, a prioritization question, and what would you do if you are short staffed

the second interview was with the leadership team which is with management and that was more personable. they wanted to know who you are and why peds at chla. much more comfortable and less intimidating!

yes the second interview! there were about 10 nurses in one room the first half. that one took me like 15 min so IDK if I did well there 😞 but the second one was 2 people one with management. that took like 25 min for me

thank you so much for this info it's very helpful!! you probably did better than you think and I wish you all the best!

Anyone heard anything from 5West yet?

Nope, I was wondering the same thing 😕 I was hoping by today maybe we'd hear something. I think once it gets past 4:30 I'll assume we probably won't hear anything today unfortunately

I got an interview for 5 west! 🥳
