The March cohort will begin on March 3, 2025. Applications will open on Friday, October 11 at 9 a.m. (PST) and close on Friday, October 25 at 12 p.m.
Qualifications: You are a new graduate or an RN with less than one year of nursing experience in any area by the start of the program
You have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Master of Science in Nursing **
**The following units will accept new graduates with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) for the March 2025 cohort: 5 East, 5 West, 6 East, 6 West, Duque, Emergency Department. RN residents accepted to the program with an ADN will be required to enroll in a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 2 years of hire.

Hi all, just wanna put this out there, my account says updated 11/18 like many of you but I applied to 6East and Float pool and haven't heard back for a second interview. I guess that means im out of the running for now:/ good luck to those who are advancing!!🥳

finished the interview... the 1st panel interview was so scary I did not expect so many people to interview ! I freaked out and IDK if I did well and finished the 1st interview in 15 min... but the second interview was better with management! so I don't know hoping to hear everyone else's experiences and hope it all went well! good luck to all! <3
