Some are waiting to hear about onboarding steps, while others are sharing information about the licensing process for out-of-state nurses. the second interview was with the leadership team which is with management and that was more personable. they wanted to know who you are and why peds at chla. much more comfortable and less intimidating!
yes the second interview! there were about 10 nurses in one room the first half. that one took me like 15 min so IDK if I did well there 😞 but the second one was 2 people one with management. that took like 25 min for me
anyone else finish their interviews on different units? did they ask the same questions as this?

did they ask anything else for the interview with the leadership team? How come it was longer than the first part of the interview? Thank you and I know you did well!

they asked who would I see first: a new admit or one of your patient who is desating

they didn't say anything else. I honestly think the first part was shorter because of my response length to their quesetions. I think I could've gone more in depth but oh well! and the second part the managers seemed to really want to get to know you !

OMG. The side dish question threw me off. I had to sit there in awkward silence to think about how to answer that one.
She also asked me why this unit and that was pretty much all she asked me. For the CV acute interviewers, she said CALL not EMAIL, correct?
