Hi everyone.
I am planning on applying to Chico states' Nursing program for spring start. I just got my acceptance letter for the school itself, but have no yet applied to the program yet.
I just want to know about the school a little more. I wanted to see what everyone thinks about the city itself and the school, the good and the bad.
If you can just tell me your opinions about the academics, the staff, and faculty I would love to hear.
I would also appreciate what you think of the people and the city itself.
I have a tour scheduled for in a few weeks, but I really would like to hear what other people think too.
Thank you! :)
Hi Ladies, congrats to those of you that have gotten in! I'm so glad to have finally found out. This whole application process is downright painful at times. Anyways, I found out that I'm alternate #1, so it seems probable that I might get in...BUT I was just wondering if anyone knows what a typical week looks like during the 1st semester? I currently live in Roseville and I'm curious if this is a program that might be commutable? I have family in Chico, so an overnight isn't out of the question. But I have real reservations about uprooting my family. Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks ladies! And great job to all of you for working so hard and getting this far!

They send us a packet of information as soon as we email them accepting. I have all my vaccination records, but my CPR expired so I need to redo it.
