Does anyone mind sharing the starting pay for the nurse residency program at Baylor chi st Luke’s? Just trying to get an idea before the interview

It starts at $31.50/hr. There’s a $4.00/hr differential for the medical center and $4.40/hr for nights!

I received an email yesterday morning to schedule an interview for Aug 12 for the fall program.

I also got an email in the morning today to schedule a zoom interview for Aug 12. Anyone know if they'll tell us what units we're interviewing for?

You don’t interview for a certain unit. You interview, they ask your top 3 and they place you where they see fit

Thanks for the info! I'm an out of state applicant so not sure on the whole process for TX new grad residencies haha. Anyone familiar with how long it takes to transfer your license from a non-compact state to TX? Trying to make sense of a timeline if given a job.

Is anyone an ADN? I am a recent ADN graduate currently in a bridge to BSN program and I got an email for an interview. Just wondering what my chances are.
