Chemistry

I need to take Chemistry and I want to get it done so I can apply to the program. I was thinking about taking it over the summer, but I have had people tell me that it is too difficult and that I should wait until the fall to take it. I wanted to get your opinions about what you think I should do.

This is the only class that I need to get on the waiting list.

ya but remember...in a summer session they only teach what you need for test....no fluff in between...so it is doable..

It is 8 weeks long.

I did general chem in 8 weeks. It moves fast but its possible if you stay on top of it, especially if you only need to pass it.

I've been through some pretty tough schedules, I'd say as long as you manage your time, stay disciplined to your plan you should do fine. Have you asked around about the teacher to see what his teaching style is?

No, I have not asked around. That is a good idea, thanks!

That's what I was thinking! Thanks!

Chemistry can be very rough. I just took it last semester and barely passed with a C. Definitely DON'T get left behind, and if you need help make sure you get it. Take advantage of tutors and professor's office times.
