I just did the test today. Does anyone know what kind of scores usually get accepted? Can you got in missing a few?

Based on last years comments it looks like most people between an 84+ got in through the first round. Some of the 80-83's looked like they got on the waiting list.

How did the exam go for you? I take mine tomorrow at 1pm!

It went okay i think. I got an 87, which is only 2 points shy I guess. They have a super funky scoring method.

If you want the low down. The math is all(mostly) fractions and percentages. I found the writing portion most difficult. They had these questions where they wanted you to add sentences into already existing paragraphs. To me, it seemed they could fit, just fine, in alot of places. I struggled with that the most. The Bio seemed really basic, but then they had some questions that referenced things I've never heard of so I had to totally geuss. Reading was pretty basic.

That is wonderful! From what I have read, an 87 in pretty much a guarantee you'll get in! The math I am not too concerned about, it's the part where you have to add in the sentences! I'll do my best and see what happens from there. I can't wait to take it and get this over with.

Does anyone know how many they are taking? I just took my exam today and I'm pretty anxious.

Im sending positive sentence related vibes your way. It feels pretty darn good to be done with it. Now its out of hands, and I can focus on something not nursing related for a few months.

I think my email said they anticipate 48 and 20 alternates.

congrats Jjohn605 on the score of 87! From what I have heard that's great. Brittany.perkins I'm also taking my exam today, so I'll see you there! Getting anxious. Also, when I asked my nurse advisor how many they were taking she said 48 and 20 alternates.

I am so SO happy to be done with that exam!! I took it today at 1 as well!! I was surprised at how subjective the writing actually was. The physiology was so random but not incredibly detailed. Though that was my lowest score.

I got a 91.
