  1. No, everyday is different. Some can be 8-9:30 and some are 8-3. But we get a new calendar for the whole term at the very beginning of the term so you can plan ahead. That is for lecture, for clinical it is usually 1 day a week and 12 hour shifts. Sometimes it is 8 hours and you can either be 6-2 or 2-10 shift. Also, you may have Saturday 12 hour clinical. Overall it varies but that is the jist. It is definitely not consistent but getting the schedule at the beginning of the term allows people to plan their childcare. You and your childcare just have to be flexible.
  2. I'm with you!! I'm still hoping for the best but also preparing myself for the worst just in case
  3. Hey Brittany, don't lose hope yet!! I got an 81% and I'm not feeling too great about it either. But who knows what may happen! My hope now is to atleast get on the alternate list and try again next year more prepared and with 5 extra points. It's kinda crazy to me that this ONE test can be such a determining factor on getting into the program.
  4. Based on last years comments it looks like most people between an 84+ got in through the first round. Some of the 80-83's looked like they got on the waiting list.
  5. Hey All! I signed up for the March 28th test slot. What are you guys using to study? For the physiology I've been using Kahn Academy and quizlet. And they said no conversions on the math portion, right? Also... I have heard the writing portion is more fitting sentences into certain spots and grammar questions. The Kaplan book has a lot of defining and "this is the opposite of that" or "this:thats." What have you all heard about it?
  6. I will be! I am currently taking the writing course this term and then will be all finished with pre-reqs. Getting nervous! I also just read the thread for the 2017 applicants, it was inspiring and had some good info in regards to our entrance test.
