Chemeketa Kaplan 2020

Hello all, once again I have applied to Chemeketa's nursing program. This is my second attempt at getting into nursing school and I was just curious what everyone is studying for the Kaplan again. Last year I got 42/50 and made it on the alternate list but this year I am trying to study starting now rather than waiting until last minute. Thanks for any advice anyone can provide ?

I’ve seen on other threads where instructors retire that it is sometimes hard to find them because it requires a masters and pays less than other jobs. Crossing my fingers they replaced all of them???

Yes. It is well known that there definitely is a nursing instructor shortage everywhere due to the poor compensation and education requirements. However, I don't think she would have said 40 if it was going to be a major difference. I wonder if we will get notifications tomorrow or Monday. I can't stop checking...

I keep checking. I feel like we will know by Wednesday but I’m still hopeful it’ll be this week.

Sure makes for a long weekend not knowing I was hoping to hear some good news! Good luck to everyone I hope we find out this week.

Ugh same! Hopefully everyone will post here when they get their email! For reference, last year I got my email at around 1 pm. Not sure if it will be the same this year but might be nice for some people to know emails don’t always get sent out first thing in the morning. Sending love to all of you!

I went back to look at the past two years I applied and one was around 1pm and the other around 4pm....I really want the weekend to pass quickly ?

I really hope decisions go out on Monday.
