Cheaters in my med/surg class

I am absolutely convinced that there is a group of people in my med/surg class that is cheating on every test. It makes me mad because I study so hard. Should I voice my concerns to the instructor. I believe they have a test bank.

Suppose this 'person' cheats on a maths test/drugs calculation test and passes the test and then eventually qualifies and gets a job as a nurse.

Then imagine that this nurse now has to calculate a med dosage-they wont have the knowledge/skills to actually perform the calculation.

So this is not a victimless crime/situation, someone could get seriously hurt.

Personally a note under the door would suffice

Also, if they are willing to cheat on a test then where else are they skipping corners?
